About this event
Ever wondered about the role art and creativity can play in processing emotions and feelings? Many artists and art therapists have explored the relationship between creative outlets and relaxation, as well as how we can use our creative skills to process and evaluate our emotions. This session will start by exploring the way in which artists have used their art to explore their feelings. Then, we will use any and all materials you have available at home to try it for ourselves!
