‘The house is the structure, but a home may serve as a mirror onto its owners, reinforcing aspects of pride and identity.’
Durham University students studying for a postgraduate degree in Visual Culture have curated this online exhibition inspired by the home. Although the students would create a physical display using work from the University’s collection of modern and contemporary art, the exhibition now takes a digital format.
From Walls to Windows is a digital exhibition curated by Durham University MA Visual Cultures students Charlotte Lock, Yini Wang and Dorry Fox.
This exhibition is part of the MA Visual Culture teaching programme, for more information visit: dur.ac.uk/cvac/postgraduatestudy/masters/
